Brynlyn has perfected the "Mad Glare" when she is unhappy with her parents! I try not to laugh when she makes this look, because I want to teach her compassion... but, it is the best MEAN face I have seen from a toddler!

Fun Weekend!

Brynlyn, Wyndee, Grandma Margene, and cousin Heather took advantage of the hotel pool were the relatives stayed for the weekend. Grandma Blackburn, Aunt Carla, Grandma Topham and my mom stayed in a hotel close to my the house so we could play!

MOTHER'S DAY WAS BEAUTIFUL!

Brynlyn was very good at church, we were almost on time... which is really good for us! Anyone that knows me understands that morning's and I don't go together, so early church is a challenge.

Brynlyn and I both took a nap after lunch, I surprised myself and slept for over an hour! I rarely sleep during the day, but it was nice! When I woke up Brynlyn and Chad popped in the bedroom door with a cupcake and a lit candle... Brynlyn sang "Happy Mothers Birthday to you" (she is very intrigued with all the birthday's we have been celebrating, and I find her singing a different version of a Happy Birthday song to her toys, food, people, etc... a few times a day)!

Brynlyn enjoyed my cupcake thoroughly! Then I got to open presents... Brynlyn's nursery leaders go all out every week, and this week they had gift wrapped framed hand prints of our kid's with a cute mother's poem.
And Chad was paying attention last week when I mentioned that our house phone would not stay charged! Yaaa... we have a sweet new phone with three handsets so I don't need to sprint the length of my house each time the phone rings!!!

I am way spoiled and loved by my favorite people...!

I won the National Scrapbook day prize from my fav. scrapbook store, Julie Jane Paper Co. It is a cute tote full of albums, paper and embellishments!
Brynlyn was very excited to open my present and loved telling me what each thing was.

ADDICTED AND LOVING IT!

I am very addicted to Digital Scrapbooking... it is so much fun, and if you make a mistake you just change it. I have completed over 25 pages in just a couple of weeks. I dont worry about Brynlyn getting into my paper, scissors, glue, etc... And BEST OF ALL Creative Memories has this amazing new software (Storybook Creator) that you can download free to create bound hard storybooks. Use my CM ID# 13212004 to be connected as my customer! If you love the free version then you can upgrade and do so much more.... LOVE IT!
