30 weeks

My doctor check up this week went well. I'm starting to swell much sooner this time, slight edema. My doctor prescribed Procardia to stop contractions. She wants little miss baby to stay put for at least six more weeks.

I am feeling pretty good except for the early contractions and normal prego aches and pains.

Happy Birthday

I am so proud of Brynlyn... she helped me get everything ready for her dad's birthday! It was perfect that she was home for Spring Break. She made a cookie cake, all I did was measure ingredients, help pour and place in the oven. We made a few big banners, wrapped presents and picked up the house.
The girls had to take turns blowing dad's candles out... I think we lit the candles six or seven times so each person could have a couple turns. It was very comical teaching Peyton how to blow without spitting.

They were super excited when dad came home, first we had dinner from Chili's, then they gave him presents after opening them for him! ;)

The favorite was the new wheelbarrow.

I figured since he gave me a shovel I had to give him an equally exciting gift.

We had a relaxing night at home to celebrate. Grammy and Uncle Jeff came over to bring surprises for Chad and the girls loved the quick visit.

Pre-School Easter party

Before Spring break Brynlyn's pre-school had an Easter party.

We met at one of our favorite parks for an Easter Egg hunt, lunch and playing.

The kids had so much fun, even Peyton enjoyed watching everyone from her stroller. She was a good sport and hung out with me since I couldn't do much.

Brynlyn has loved going to Pre-School each week and her teachers are wonderful ladies. I am so thankful for this group of busy kids... Brynlyn talks about all of them being her best friends.

precious

I thought this picture was to precious! Chad and I tried to get them both smiling at the same time without luck. Then when we'd both given up on them looking at the camera together. Peyton said cheese and hugged her big sister.

Captured a moment that I will never forget!

Update on the Prego Girl!

I am currently at the beginning of my 7th month/28 weeks in the pictures above! My doctor has put me on limited activity because my cervix has started to soften already. Way to soon with 12 weeks to go! So, I should not lift or carry anything over 10 lbs. I think what bugs me the most is not vacuuming my floors each day. Silly, yes but still bugs me! ;) I love my new LG vacuum.

My wonderful mom zipped down for 24 hours to help me with an activity for my activity days girls, and watch my kids so I could head to the doctor. While she was here, she did laundry, made meals, played with munchkins, lifted everything, took my place decorating and setting up at the church event, made me sit down and relax, cleaned, cut sewing patterns and tons more!

I am very thankful for my amazing mom and best friend! I'm also very blessed to have so many family and ward members so willing to help out.

Brynlyn and Peyton have been getting along a little better... an answer to my prayers! The girls and I have been coloring, reading books and playing lots of games.

Airman Justin

The Parents, Justin and Kurt at BMT Graduation!

Very proud of my little brother!

Wish we could have been there to support him and give him big hugs. So glad part of the family could make the trip. Justin is now in his special forces training across the country until the end of the year. We miss him tons and look forward to him meeting his newest niece and hanging out with us in about 8 months!

eating and sharing

The weather was gorgeous last week, we had many lunches in our backyard! Brynlyn thoroughly enjoying her huge "bumpy" strawberry! She described it as having many hills and bumps.
Peyton loves her cheese!
A rare quiet moment when both girls willingly shared magazines.
