This drawing is from Brynlyn. She left it on my desk hoping I'd find it while she was in time out! This is a picture of her being sad because I hurt her feelings sending her to time out.I thanked her for the drawing and the way she expressed her feelings to me. We hugged and it was one of those parenting moments where I felt happy and awed. I think I learn just as much or more from my sweet girls as I try to teach them.
Brynlyn earns computer/game time by being good. Who knew that a pink nintendo would do the trick when it's time for compromise and getting her to listen! She loves the Crayola coloring game the best!
I can't believe Brynlyn will be 5 this summer. She is super smart and loves to help in the kitchen, play dress up and watch TV. We sure love this kid!

I so agreee about kids teaching us just as much as we do them! Happens to me all the time too! YOur kids are beautiful! and so are you WYndee! I miss you guys, I hope I get to see you guys again this year
She is getting so big! I love teaching moments to and I totally agree that you learn more than you teach. She is such a beauty. Tell her that Kinlee says Hi!
I love her picture, ditto on learning from children and grandchildren! Miss my girls.
Love teaching moments like that, although they are usually the ones that break my heart the most.
