I thought everyone would like an update about our house situation.. I wish we knew more details but we get to wait, wait, wait for the bank to do the paperwork.
For now we are checking out the interior, measuring for carpet and figuring out what needs to be fixed or adjusted before moving in.
Even though it was extra cold and windy outside... Brynlyn's very excited to be at her new home! She loved the backyard which needs some grass. We should close end of January or beginning of February? Very exciting and kind of nerve wracking to buy a home!

The house looks good. Don't be upset if there are a few bumps during escrow and such. One good thing with housing and mortgages being so slow, it should hurry-up paperwork for buyers like you and Chad. We are all thrilled about the new babe. Stay well.
