A Day at Sea World

Nine very cute, anxious little kid's!
Directly after entering the park, we took pictures of the cousin's while they were still happy and excited to be there! Baby Radlyn is not pictured and 4 of our other cousins were not with us that day.
Sweet looking, very large tree!
My girls loved watching the dolphins! A bunch of the other cousins got drenched and were pretty upset. I think that's why Brynlyn was so content watching through the glass, instead of trying to touch the dolphins with her "friends"!
The dad's were very good sports and took the kids on all the kid rides in Sesame Street area.
Brynlyn needing a lift! A full day of walking can be hard on munchkins!
The climbing zone was very fun and kept the kids busy for quite some time.
Peyton was kinda freaked out by the weird people in the walls.
Almost to the top.
And sliding down.
he he, funny pic!
We were the last people in line to see Elmo. The other cousins were sad to have missed it! But did get to wave goodbye to Elmo and Bert(or is that Ernie?).
Splash pad at the end of the day to cool off, even though the temp was not even 80!
We had a blast at the park and really enjoyed being with family.
Brynlyn said it was her best day ever!

A Whole new look!

Ms. B was super excited to cut and donate her hair to Locks of Love!
Her hair was almost down to her waist. She was tired of me doing braids and fancy elastics almost everyday.

Brynlyn expressed to me that she wanted to give her hair to a sick girl that needed it. We could not figure out how she knew about donating hair. I found out later that she must have overheard her Preschool teacher talking about it.

So we went for it!
I called my friend Misty, and went to her stylist early one morning!
Peyton was great the entire time and played quietly while we waited, and I took some pictures!
Misty was also there, but I told her I wouldn't post pics of her with tin foiled crazy ;) hair.

Brynlyn looks so much older to me with her cute new A-line cut.

Proudly holding her 10 inch braid!
We stopped for McDonald's breakfast on the way home. Awesome prize for being such a good girl while getting her hair fancy. Brynlyn now walks around the house, or bounces looking in mirrors and swishing her new do around. She twirls and seems much happier with her new look!

Birthday baby!

Super cute 1st birthday duck cake.
The special birthday girl!
The kid table.
The best part of any 1st birthday is always the birthday cake!

So Exciting!

I am now the happy owner of a 1930 something piano. My extra mom Sharon has been storing this piano for some time and wanted me to have it. She and her husband sold their business and needed everything out of the storage space. I can't stop smiling!!!
How lucky am I :)
It took 4 men to move it, I got to watch and take pictures. I still can't believe it!
The men were determined to use the fork lift which made me a bit nervous. They did a wonderful job. Now we get to bring it all the way home sometime and refurbish a few things on it.
Now in it's new storage spot for a little while!

Utah visit

The girls love grandma's swing set and fun backyard.

The girls enjoyed eating at Grandma's!

The newest Great Grandchild with Blackburn Grandparents.
Two very proud Grandma's!
Grandpa Carl always seems to have a shadow. The grandkids love how relaxed and fun he is! Peyton was super tired at the end of the luncheon and very ready for her nap!

Super cute family on a very special blessing day!
The girls exploring the grounds after church.

Peyton enjoyed eating many different things off the ground while we took pictures! We had a very good time with family and look forward to the next visit. Our family pictures turned out awesome. Take a glimpse here. http://bonsphotography.blogspot.com/2010/10/l-family-southern-utah-family.html

Milestone Pictures

Peyton is very nervous of strangers and loud places.
At 15 months old she was 29.75 inches tall and 19 lbs. Much smaller than her big sister at that age.
She is our extreme picky eater and only eats a Tablespoon worth of food each day.
Her doctor has been worried so we now have a monthly appointment with an Early Intervention Therapist and nutritionist. So far they have been a huge help and she is already eating more foods for us!
Her favorite words are "Hi dad" "Mine" "Uh-uh" "WaWa" "Ball,Ball" and "Cheese".
Peyton is such a girly girl. She loves to play dress up with sisters jewelry and can often be seen with a purse or five in tow. She loves to drink "WaWa"(water) and eat Strawberries, raisins and cheese!
We also found out Peyton is allergice to Wheat and Eggs. On top of the peanut allergy we are even more limited to what she can eat! Tricky and interesting for me to feed my cute family.

Cupcake toy

I planned on making my sweet little niece a ring toy for her first birthday. I was talking with her mom and she was looking for a fabric cupcake or something cute for her 1 year pictures that coordinated with her dress.
I showed her the fabric I picked out, and told her my plans.
I had to adapt and make my own pattern for this cute ring toy... It was very fun to sew and a good learning experience. Can't wait to see the professional pictures!
